Yes, absolutely! All Falcon membership passes operate on a flexible month-to-month schedule with zero long-term lock-in contracts or exit penalties. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership with a simple 5-day notice prior to your next billing date.

Zero! What you see is exactly what you pay. We charge no administration fees, no sign-up charges, and no annual maintenance surcharges.

How does priority court booking work for members?

Junior & Pro members can reserve prime-time courts 7 days in advance, while Elite members enjoy an extended 14-day priority window. Non-members can only book 48 hours prior.

Can I freeze or pause my membership if traveling?

Yes! Members can freeze their account for up to 60 consecutive days per calendar year free of charge. Your billing automatically pauses and resumes on your chosen return date.

Can I bring guest players with my membership pass?

Pro & Elite passes include 2 complimentary guest passes per month. Additional guest players receive a discounted referral entry rate of $15/hr per court.
Coaching

Are coaching sessions included in membership passes?

Yes! The Junior Pass includes 2 private 1-on-1 coaching sessions/month, the Pro Pass includes 4 private 1-on-1 sessions, and the Elite Pass includes 6 private 1-on-1 training sessions with senior head coaches plus video biomechanics stroke analysis.

What synthetic court mat surfaces are used at Falcon?

All courts feature BWF-certified 7mm multi-layer cushioned synthetic matting laid over shock-absorbing sprung hardwood subfloors, reducing knee and lower back impact by up to 45%.

How do I receive my digital pass after registration?

Upon joining, your digital pass with a unique QR code is generated instantly. You can download it as a PNG image or add it directly to your Apple Wallet / Google Pay for contact-free entry.
