Guests can reserve courts up to 3 days in advance. Falcon Members enjoy a priority 14-day advance booking window to secure peak evening and weekend prime-time slots.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your court booking up to 12 hours prior to your slot for a 100% full refund or instant club account credit.

Rules

Are non-marking court shoes required?

Yes. To preserve our BWF certified wood and synthetic mats, non-marking indoor court shoes are required. Rental shoes and Yonex rackets are available at the pro shop.
