Account & Google Authentication Information
If you create an account or choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google, we receive your login email address, public profile name, avatar photo, and authentication UID according to your authorization and their privacy policies.
Booking & Transaction Information
When you purchase memberships, training sessions, event registrations, or court bookings, we collect transaction details, purchase history, billing summaries, and payment status. Payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Falcon Club does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own systems.
Technical & Device Information

Falcon Club does not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate club services (hosting, Google Authentication, Cloud Firestore, payment gateways, and scheduling).
4. Children's & Junior Participants' Information
Falcon Club offers junior coaching and youth tournaments. We collect minor participant information solely through a parent or legal guardian with verified consent, handled in strict accordance with COPPA and applicable privacy laws.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including encrypted SSL transmissions and Firebase Security Rules—to ensure that only you have access to your private booking data and passes.
